why Let's be real
I worked in a male dominated industry for 19 years - I was a minority and to be honest I wore a mask every damn day and did not show who I was. I deployed to Afghanistan and faking it to you make it was no longer and so was that damn mask. I decided to be who I really was and accept my feminine nurturing side instead of being 'just a soldier'. I went against that cookie cutter image and was awarded a silver commendation being a woman in a war zone. It is so time to be real, raw and authentic - to throw away the pretend and be okay and happy with who you naturally are. Let me show you how I broke the mould and how you can too.
